What You’ll Be Doing- Developing Growth Strategies Identify new business opportunities, build market strategies, and expand our reach
. - Building and Managing Key Relationships Work closely with current clients while developing new partnerships.
- Leading Sales Efforts Drive revenue by presenting our high-quality LED solutions to decision-makers.
- Managing the Sales Pipeline Track leads, organize proposals, and stay ahead of the game using CRM
. - Collaborating with Internal Teams Work with sales, marketing, and operations to streamline business expansion.
- Delivering Results Meet (or exceed) sales goals while keeping our clients happy and engaged.
- A track record of leadership You’ve successfully managed sales or business development before.
- Goal-driven mindset You set high targets and know how to achieve them
. - Strong negotiation skills You don’t just pitchyou close deals
. - Experience with CRM tools You can navigate a sales pipeline like a pro.
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills You know how to make an impact.
