What You’ll Be Doing
  • Developing Growth Strategies Identify new business opportunities, build market strategies, and expand our reach

  • Building and Managing Key Relationships Work closely with current clients while developing new partnerships.
  • Leading Sales Efforts Drive revenue by presenting our high-quality LED solutions to decision-makers.
  • Managing the Sales Pipeline Track leads, organize proposals, and stay ahead of the game using CRM

  • Collaborating with Internal Teams Work with sales, marketing, and operations to streamline business expansion.
  • Delivering Results Meet (or exceed) sales goals while keeping our clients happy and engaged.
What You Bring to the Table
  • A track record of leadership You’ve successfully managed sales or business development before.
  • Goal-driven mindset You set high targets and know how to achieve them

  • Strong negotiation skills You don’t just pitchyou close deals
    .
  • Experience with CRM tools You can navigate a sales pipeline like a pro.
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills You know how to make an impact.
