• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience leading sales organizations, ideally in insurance
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills to utilize data for strategic decision-making
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to motivate teams

• Experience in the pet health insurance sector or related fields
• Familiarity with business-to-business customer dynamics
• Proven track record of deploying new products and managing partner programs
• Experience in designing key performance indicators for sales organizations
• Ability to create innovative strategies based on market trends
