Sales Coordinator

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in the Greater Chicago Area, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Sales Coordinator will oversee sales coordination, manage customer service responsibilities, and facilitate communication between clients and the internal sales team. Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting with sales operations, and supporting ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and efficient service.

Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders and maintaining accurate sales records are key aspects of the role.

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, including order processing, tracking, and reporting
• Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on client engagement and relationship management
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Experience or knowledge in Sales and related business operations
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales coordination tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
