Paid Remote Sales Position

High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income.
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.
• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.

We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are expanding and need more high-caliber agents.
