The District Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of Virtual Sales Representatives to ensure the accurate and on-time completion of assigned projects, provide call monitoring for quality compliance andmeet client needs , metric deliverables and performanc e expectations. The DM will be currently based remotely.
- Provide coaching and support for assigned Virtual Sales Representative team by observing product discussions & selling skills and then providing in-depth and documented feedback.
- Support the team by managing metrics and sales reporting on a regular basis.
- Provide administrative over s ight such as m a intaining documentation of team members' attendance as well as approving time off, schedules & expense reports.
- Monitor Virtual Sales Representative productivity, workload and outputs ensuring compliance with policies and processes and addressing issues through a corrective action process as they arise.
- Coordinate the selection, interviewing, hiring and training for backfil l s and new positions.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to both interpret and communicate data to team members and client, as well as generate reports in Excel on a frequent basis.
- Assist in new product, sales, compliance and Amplity/client training for new Virtual Sales Representative.
- Conduct cube rides and deliver timely and constructive feedback on quality and content of Virtual Sales Representative’s calls as per client expectations using approved Coaching Guide forms.
- Communicate aligned team objectives in ways that promote teamwork and create a strong sense of sha red goals among team members.
- Assess Virtual Sales Representative performance as it pertains to project progress, results and timelines. Create and deliver individual development plans and performance appraisals according to both Amplity and client performance management policies and standards in collaboration with the Senior District Manager.
- Assist team with util i zation of all technology requirements: CRM u se, activity rep or ts, sales rep ort s and others as needed.

Key Working relationship s:
- Supervise a team of assigned Virtual Sales Representative.
- Work closely with Amplity /client’s home office support team from various departments.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and client contacts.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of Specialty Sales experience
- Oncology/rare disease experience preferred.
- 2+ years of Supervisory or Management experience preferred.
Knowled ge,
Skills and Abilities:
- Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a background in Oncology/rare disease.
- Strong analytical skills in both interpreting and communicating data to members at all levels.
- Well versed in generating reports requiring a proficiency in Excel.
- Strong process facilitation, problem solving and analytical thinking abilities to make sound business decisions on a day-to-day basis.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner.
- Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service.

- Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills.
