About The Role:
Crowd Strike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our West Healthcare team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world.
As the Regional Sales Director, Healthcare, you will position our portfolio of next‑generation cybersecurity and threat intelligence capabilities. You will articulate Crowd Strike’s GTM strategies to senior customer executives within the assigned territory, present product capabilities and value, match strengths to agency and department needs, and help our partners and clients defeat the adversary. The successful candidate will have sales leadership experience and executive-level contacts across the assigned territory, and be adaptable to rapidly changing business situations.
You must be results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market with passion.
This position is a Director-level opportunity within our Field Sales team. Qualified candidates based in CA, WA, AZ, CO or NV are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do- Sales and management experience leading a team of senior salespeople.
- Day-to-day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-, mid-, and long-term opportunity management.
- Maintain a deep network of VAR resellers to drive Crowd Strike’s sales strategy and goal attainment.
- Identify, develop and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers in the assigned region; work independently and collaboratively.
- Scope, negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with peers across Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development to create visibility and drive engagement of target prospects at both individual contributor and executive levels.
- Work with partners to leverage their account presence and relationships.
- Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce/CLARITY and other data analytics tools.
- MEDDPICC sales methodology experience is strongly preferred, not required.
- 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products to Healthcare clients and prospects.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets; experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to build executive relationships, articulate Crowd Strike’s product and business strategies, and create demand that drives deals.
- Aptitude for explaining how technology products solve business problems to a variety of audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems to reach swift resolutions.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel on short notice.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
