What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at each aligned account.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution.
- Contribute to a positive corporate culture by collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
- Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
