What You’ll Do

• Run sales presentations over Zoom or phone using a proven script
• Speak with warm leads and existing members (no cold door-to-door)
• Help clients select and apply for coverage that fits their needs
• Follow up, handle objections, and close applications
• Track activity and results using simple systems
• Plug into daily training and coaching to improve performance

• Warm leads — no door knocking

• A clear sales system and daily support
• Advancement opportunities for top performers

• This is 1099, performance-based pay
• Realistic first-year range: $60,000 – $100,000+ for people who follow the system
• Top agents can scale past six figures with consistency
• Flexible schedule, but you must treat it like a real career, not a side gig

You’ll do well here if:

• You’re coachable and willing to follow a proven process
• You’re comfortable on the phone / Zoom
• You’re self-motivated and don’t need someone watching you to work
• You’re driven by growth, income, and helping people
• Sales, customer service, bartending, serving, retail, or coaching background is a plus – but not required

• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Must live in the United States
• Access to:
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet place to run Zoom calls and make phone calls
• Laptop/desktop and smartphone
• Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we help point you to the course)
