Business Development Representative​/Sales Associate

About the Role:

We're hiring a full-timeBusiness Development Representative / Sales Associateto generate new business opportunities by making outbound cold calls to commercial property owners across the U.S. This is a high-activity, high-opportunity role for someone who is hungry to break into or grow within the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to property owners and investors
• Set qualified appointments and build a consistent sales pipeline
• Maintain CRM records with accurate and timely updates
• Work closely with senior brokers and assist with follow-up
• Handle basic objections and articulate our firm’s value proposition

Qualifications:

• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
• Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection
• Sales, customer service, or cold calling experience preferred
• Must be U.S.
  
  -based with reliable phone/internet connection
• Coachable and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment
