• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
• Own and execute a revenue strategy focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts
• Build and maintain positive relationships with C-level executives to identify their cybersecurity training needs
• Coordinate the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless and consultative experience from prospecting to renewal
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota
• 3+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and scaling teams of 5+ people
• Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals of $100K+ and navigate long sales cycles
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with C-suite executives
• Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and a consultative approach to solution selling

• Experience in the education technology sector or related fields
• Familiarity with cybersecurity training solutions and the associated market
