What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new business opportunities with organizations new to the employer across your territory
  • Convert viable prospects into active clients, managing the full sales conversation and negotiation process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics
  • Take responsibility for quota management within your assigned territory
  • Conduct forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments
  • Experience selling to sales leaders and executives
  • Business development or new-client acquisition experience in a selling role
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to conduct travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience influencing C-level executives
  • Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process
