What You’ll Do- Develop Omnichannel Sales Strategy: Build growth plans that integrate retail, digital, and marketplace channels.
- Grow Key Accounts: Manage national accounts and retail partners, strengthening vendor relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Boost Digital Visibility: Collaborate on SEO, content optimization, online merchandising, and product placement to support omnichannel sales.
- Execute Account Planning: Deliver quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and strategic account roadmaps.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure aligned retail execution. - Support Contract & Program Negotiations: Contribute to profitable agreements, category management, and promotional planning.
- Lead Product Launch Execution: Ensure accurate setup, content, and communication for new product rollouts.
- Represent the Brand: Attend industry trade shows to support business development and retail partnerships.
- This is strategic account management — not door‑to‑door sales.
- Strong background in retail sales, account management, omnichannel strategy, or national account development
. - 3–5+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, CPG, or related industries.
- Experience collaborating with retailers on in‑store programs, ecommerce content, and digital merchandising
. - Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and sales planning
. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content strategy, and online product optimization
. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel ~10%.
- Primarily on‑site to support high collaboration and communication.
- Work‑from‑home flexibility after onboarding. Employees have the option to work from home on Fridays.
- Additional flexible workplace options are available are available on an as needed basis, while maintaining in‑office engagement as an important success factor.
- Occasional visits to local manufacturing and distribution facilities.
