We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join us in a Business Development Role. You'll be a hunter more than a farmer, a straight‑talking sales professional who can bring results quickly.
This role is home based, and will cover the Midlands and the South of the UK.

Busy, busy, busy… 80% of your time will be making calls and taking call enquiries for potential cases from your panel of Firms & Advisers, 20% of your time will be attending meetings or events such as networks or industry expos. You will also book meetings with your panel Firms & Advisers as necessary. It’s very rewarding when you’ve spent time with Advisers explaining our product proposition and the opportunities for them within the equity release market.
You can literally see the penny drop when they realise the true potential of equity release for them and their business and you know that your meeting has added value to them.
- An understanding of the UK Equity Release/Mortgage industry.
- Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
- An understanding of the later life market and intermediary distribution ideal.
- Knowledge of the retirement market
- CeMAP or similar equivalent qualifications.
- Ambitious – to break ground to help our customers enjoy a better retirement.
