What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead enterprise new-logo sales and account management teams to drive pipeline growth and sales excellence
  • Recruit, train, and empower a team of sales representatives to strategically align solutions with business impact
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture through coaching, accountability, and continuous development
  • Manage team performance and ensure consistent execution of a healthy pipeline of Enterprise SaaS opportunities
  • Communicate vision and motivate team members to embrace change and achieve success
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Experience with a consultative sales approach
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for sales presentations and corporate events
