Overview

Our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) play a critical role as the first point of contact between Buildingstars and future customers. This is a high-activity, entry-level sales role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, hitting daily goals, and working independently in a structured environment. We provide all the tools, training, and scripts—you bring the energy and work ethic. This role is remote, but candidates must reside in the state of Tennessee.

Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to business prospects across various industries
  • Engage decision-makers and generate interest in Buildingstars’ services
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Net Suite) to track calls, contacts, and lead status
  • Send follow-up emails and marketing materials as needed
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, appointments, follow-ups)
Must Haves
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Able to multitask between tools/screens while on calls
Nice to Haves
  • 1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center sales
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
