Position:
Dental Solutions Sales Specialist (West)
This role requires up to 70% travel within the assigned district. This district includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and Utah.

Position Summary:
Responsible for driving all Dental Solutions Sales Specialist by partnering with district teammates to ensure customer satisfaction; soliciting new business through personal efforts and referrals from territory representatives and equipment specialists; enhancing personal skills in Solutions focus areas; developing healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates; serving as a consultant in helping dentists grow their practices; lead assigned territory representatives and equipment specialists to accomplish mutual sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals within the district; maintain and grow existing business; lead sales activities with customers and partner with them to build long-term relationships
- Be the district expert, educating the Benco Sales Team on Dental Solutions offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and present quotes
- Prospect for new business and develop relationships through referrals and testimonials
- Manage the district sales pipeline and participate in region and district meetings
- Educate customers on new Solutions products and trends
- Communicate with dentists, dental staff, regional teammates and support staff to solve problems and support customer goals
- Collaborate with Solutions teammates and partners to learn about new offerings
- Participate in regional and district meetings and company sales events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Business or related field)
- 1-3 years' experience in dental/medical sales or equivalent
- Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record
