Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
  • Develop and execute a revenue strategy focused on acquiring and growing enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives to identify their cybersecurity training needs
  • Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from prospecting to renewal
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • 3+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and scaling teams of 5 or more
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals of $100K+ and navigate long sales cycles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with C-suite executives
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and a consultative approach to solution selling
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the education technology sector
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity training programs
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions
  • Previous experience managing remote teams
