Job Title: Omni-Channel Sales Specialist
Reports To: Manager of the Customer Engagement Group (Inside Sales)
Work Environment: Remote Home Office (work-from-home)

Call center is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST;
Saturdays:
To be determined in the future (Reps scheduled for 40 hours per week)
Requirements to Work from Home:
Summary: This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, executing online assistance for Click To/Digital/Inbound sales, and retaining customers through renewals. The candidate must be able to multi-task between chat, text, email, and calls to achieve sales conversion goals. In addition, this role may reach out to our previous customers who are in the process of renewing or switching products and managing inbound calls.
Individuals in this role are required to perform effectively and profitably within the systems they use, processes they follow, and customer interactions they conduct while coordinating with internal departments. The candidate will draw upon previous experience to assist in delivering results that coincide with organizational goals and initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
-5 years’ experience as an internet sales agent or in an omni-sales agent in a call center environment
Communicates information timely and effectively, providing clarity and direction
Understand and relate to customer needs and concerns
Pay close attention to customer needs and feedback, ensuring their concerns are addressed appropriately
Demonstrate a strong drive to achieve sales goals and a passion for the role
Ability to handle rejection and continue to pursue individual and team goals
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Eagerness to learn about new products, services, customer behavior, and sales techniques
Adjust to new situations and challenges with ease, showing flexibility in your approach
