This is a remote, performance-based, independent opportunity designed for professionals with experience in consultative sales (no cold outreach or aggressive sales tactics), enrollment, coaching support, HR, or client-facing advisory roles.
What You’ll Do- Conduct Zoom or phone-based discovery and enrollment conversations
- Use a consultative, needs-based communication approach
- Explore goals, challenges, and readiness for change
- Clearly explain program structure and learning pathways
- Maintain notes and follow-ups using CRM and digital tools
- Manage your own schedule and workflow independently
- Experience in consultative sales, coaching, admissions, HR, or client success
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Interest in career development, leadership, and personal growth
- Open to performance-based, non-traditional work models
- Work from home, flexible work structure
