What will I do as an Associate Account Representative at Soft Pro?Soft Pro is seeking an Associate Account Representative to join our growing sales team in our Raleigh, NC office. In this position, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to understand their current experience with our software solutions and services. Also, you may have an opportunity to contact prospective customers to engage them in a software solution that would benefit their organization.
Other tasks and opportunities to assist other company departments can also be possible with this position. This position will be a great opportunity to learn about our industry, our software and our sales process. It can also prepare you for other potential roles within the Soft Pro organization. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
In order to be successful as a Jr. Account Representative at Soft Pro you need to be highly motivated, organized, and energetic and love to conduct business on the phone.
- Willingness to contact current and prospective customers and capture information needed on the respective client type.
- 2+ years’ experience in the real estate closing/title or escrow industry is a plus.
- Able to build and maintain relationships and have a strong close ratio.
- Bachelor's degree or Associates degree, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
