About the Role:
We are seeking confident, persuasive, and target-driven cold callers to join our team for a short-term outreach project.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential UAE-based clients over the phone, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
⚠ Important:
This role requires a clear accent to ensure familiarity and trust with our UAE audience.
- Make outbound calls to UAE prospects from a provided list.
- Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional manner.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Update the CRM system with call outcomes and maintain accurate records.
- Consistently meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversations.
- Handle objections confidently and keep calls engaging.
- Temporary contract.
- Base + commission.
- Future contract opportunities based on performance.
- Clear, natural English and Arabic accent – this is essential.
- Prior cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, professional phone manner.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for remote work.
- Highly self‑motivated and results‑driven.
