• Close pest control sales over the phone and schedule initial service appointments

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment
• Verification of internet speed meeting minimum requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with basic computer skills and various web-based applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
