Inside Sales Representative; Remote

• Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
• Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
• Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
• Address customer inquiries and proactively resolve patient concerns
• Collaborate with field sales and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless patient experiences

• Associate degree
• 0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of the managed care industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
