We are seeking talented OUTBOUND WEB SALES REPRESENTATIVES for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers. Must be available to attend training Mon - Fri from 9am - 6pm EST.

What's required

• High School/GED
• 2+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quota's
• 2+ years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
• Will be required to make 100+ dials/calls per day
• High level of PC knowledge as you will be required to navigate through multiple systems while speaking with customers on the phone
• We will consider all qualified candidates for employment in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local law

• Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
• A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
• Minimum of 100 mbps download/50 mbps upload or higher, high speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem

• Highly proficient math skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
