Kitchen Guard of Fairfield & Westchester is a new and quick growing service provider specializings in professional commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and fire prevention services to ensure businesses remain compliant, safe, and operational. We offer NFPA-compliant exhaust cleaning services that meet local and national fire codes, providing recurring, hassle-free maintenance to mitigate fire hazards. Supported by a nationally recognized brand, our trusted and certified professionals serve the Fairfield and Westchester areas.

Our clients include restaurants, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, and corporate kitchens. With a focus on customer safety, we are dedicated to keeping our community’s kitchens protected from fire risks.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside B2B Sales Lead based in Stamford, CT, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and engaging prospective customers, planning and executing sales presentations, and providing training to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Lead will also take part in field visits to assess client needs, offer tailored fire safety solutions, and manage accounts to ensure ongoing compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales and ability to build strong client relationships -- hunter mentality
  • Customer Service and Account Management expertise, including maintaining customer satisfaction and ongoing support
  • Field Service experience, including on-site visits and assessments
  • Ability to deliver effective and engaging Training sessions for clients
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and maintaining detailed records
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales or fire safety industry is an asset
