Inside Sales Representative; Remote

• Provide high levels of customer service throughout the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
• Track patient progress in the pipeline funnel and document actions taken or needed
• Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient leads progress after prescription fulfillment
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations

• Associate degree
• 0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with technology including CRM systems and MS Office applications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
