Inside Sales Representative; Remote

• Manage the patient onboarding process, guiding them from prescription to activation of their Omnipod device
• Track patient progress and document necessary actions in the sales pipeline
• Utilize product knowledge to address customer inquiries and tailor communications to patient needs
• Collaborate with field sales and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations

• Associate degree
• 0-1+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent communication
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of the managed care industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
