This full-time hybrid role as a Sales Service Representative is based in Conroe, TX, with flexibility for remote work as necessary. The role centers around generating and qualifying leads for the team, building and managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client databases, conducting outreach via social events, phone or email, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with team members to achieve company sales objectives.

• Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies with the ability to identify and qualify prospects
• Strong skills in Communication and relationship-building to connect with clients and team members
• Experienced in Sales and Business Development with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Friendly and approachable personality; a genuine people person.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous
