Inside Sales Representative; Remote

• Manage the patient onboarding process, guiding them from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
• Track and document patient progress in the sales pipeline
• Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
• Address customer inquiries by leveraging comprehensive product knowledge
• Collaborate with field sales and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

• Associate degree
• 0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer products)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of the managed care industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
