We are opening our very first team expansion! We want a B2B Sales Wizzard & "buddy system" Account Manager: KÜL & KUL Cup (US Colleges V3.2).
Remote (US-based) | Early-stage startup | High-commission growth role + fast to reach salaried base pay leadership position.
Kind Up Life (KÜL) is launching the KUL Cup, a year-long, daily kindness Program developed in Italy, with a live leader board built for participating college campuses. We’re launching a nationwide program that combines gamification, student wellbeing, and real-world, positive social impact.
We’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager to help bring the KUL Cup to colleges across the U.S. and grow with us from the ground up.
What you’ll do in this B2B (Ad)Venture:
- Initial training: KÜL, the KUL cup, and the Program itself
- Time for the creative outreach planning!
- Acquire new college partnerships (outreach, demos, closing)
- Onboard colleges and guide smooth program roll‑outs
- Maintain long‑term relationships with student life, Student government, and key college authorities
- Manage renewals and expansion opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner colleges
- Experienced OR interested and searching for a chance at B2B sales & partnership management
- Comfortable presenting to institutional decision‑makers
- Relationship‑driven and reliable in follow‑through
- Self‑managed & startup‑minded, Initiative is key for us
- Based in the U.S.

Compensation!
This is a tiered, high‑commission role designed to strongly reward early traction. Early partners are compensated at premium rates, with a transition path into base salary + account management as the portfolio grows.
