This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Surabaya for a Sales Interior Furniture professional. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding their home furnishing needs, assisting in the selection of products, and offering personalized design solutions. Additionally, the role includes driving sales growth, achieving targets, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step of the sales process.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional assistance and build rapport with clients.
• Experience in Sales and understanding of sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in Training and Sales Management to guide and collaborate with a team effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Prior experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, with higher education in business, marketing, or related fields being an advantage.
