Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive in B2B sales for Rezarom , Modern Fragrancing solution based in Riyadh and Jeddah, with flexibility for remote work and high travel frequency.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for Rezaroma Modern Fragrancing solution business success, by managing and leading sales activities while ensuring pro-active plans are in place to support the commercial strategy.
Your key responsibilities- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define action plan accordingly.
- Anticipate clients' needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead projects originated in the region establishing resources, own & manage timelines.
- Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter properly all project.
- Ownership of the business, by efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Minimum of 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, sales/marketing and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients' projects.
- Solid experience in managing projects across the value chain (Service level agreements, supply chain projects).
- Business acumen (pricing, sales & profitability, expenses, client overdue ).
- Integrity, passionate, resilient & desire for customer intimacy building.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English and Arabic (excellent written and verbal skills), a national applicant is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry is a plus
