This is what it takes to work for us.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of territory or outside sales experience
- Proven success managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable observing and supporting medical procedures in operating rooms
- Experience using CRM systems;
Net Suite experience preferred - Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 40% with overnights)
- Must live within 30 miles of the assigned city
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

What You'll Do Each Day:
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory within the Plastic Surgery division
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key decision-makers
- Prospect new business and expand existing accounts within the territory
- Act as a product support consultant in operating rooms during surgical procedures
- Schedule and conduct meetings with current and prospective customers
- Support ordering, transporting, scheduling, and assisting with surgical instruments and devices
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development activities
- Collaborate with sales leadership, customer service, marketing, and internal teams
- Travel extensively throughout the territory, including overnight travel
- Complete required training to develop technical, clinical, and sales expertise
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
