Our Mission
Equipping the Nation’s Emergency Managers and First Responders for disaster.
As a Sales Representative in the Emergency Management and Disaster Preparedness sector, you are more than a salesperson; you are a critical partner to those who protect our communities. Your primary mission is to ensure that Emergency Management Agencies, Public Health Departments, and First Responders nationwide have the preparedness and relief supplies they need before, during, and after a crisis.
Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation- Identify new sales opportunities through an established network of customers.
- Research and build a strong pipeline of new potential clients.
- Develop Emergency Management projects and solutions with Government, Non‑Profit, and large MRO resellers.
- Understand the details, specifications, features and benefits of our preparedness and relief supplies.
- Conduct in person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase their effectiveness and relevance.
- Attend industry‑related trade shows as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in target organizations.
- Foster trust and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify and develop new relationship opportunities within the Emergency Management industry.
- Followup on warm and cold leads promptly.
- Maintain a database of CRM related sales activities.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
- Set and achieve sales goals as directed by leadership.
- Assist in the government bidding and contract process.
- Review historical sales activities and identify potential preparedness opportunities.
- Review Open Orders documentation and ensure projects are “on track”.
- Understand strategic sales objectives, plans, and processes that align with Company growth and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely follow‑up and documentation.
- Strong Moral Character.
- Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all interactions.
- Represent our company with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Detail‑Oriented.
- Pay attention to specifications, ensuring accuracy in communication and documentation.
- The ability to multitask several different projects during Emergency Operations is required.
- Experience in the development of accurate spreadsheets, and CRM related data is a must.
- Must be able to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to provide effective solutions.
Capable of independent work to achieve targets. - Focused and Persistent:
- Maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
- Stay committed to achieving sales objectives.
- 3-5+ years of professional sales experience required.
- Work with Government Agencies to include Emergency Management, Public Health Departments, Fire Departments, and Law Enforcement is highly desired.
This role is in-person requiring on site work from Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM. Remote positions are not available.
