Experienced Passenger​/Cargo Charter Sales Consultant

If you are experienced in the private charter market, in either Passenger or Cargo, you are probably familiar with ACS! We are the largest charter brokerage globally generating over £1 billion in annual revenue and arranging more than 25,000 charter flights each year. As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced charter consultants to join our teams globally.

Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Win, develop and retain new business
• Manage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Leverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
• Negotiate charter terms with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availability
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performance
• Deliver a consistently high level of client service and discretion
• Contribute to the development of the local charter business, helping shape market strategy and growth initiatives
• Represent the business within key client and industry networks
• As the business grows, take on responsibility for mentoring and developing junior brokers
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term growth plans and team expansion

• Previous experience in Passenger or Cargo chartering - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent understanding of the aviation industry and chartering market
• Extensive aircraft knowledge
• Has a proven track record of selling charters and identifying sales leads
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoys working toward goals and objectives in a competitive environment
• High attention to detail
• Customer-focused, ambitious, and driven
• Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Highly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets
• Open to travel

• $65K-$95K USD base salary + 10% uncapped commission
