Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative based in Concord, NC, with partial remote work flexibility. The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying potential clients, generating leads, and developing opportunities for the sales team. Daily tasks include conducting outreach, qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to execute business development strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture new business opportunities
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to support client acquisition and growth initiatives
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and support internal teams
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in the energy or technology sectors is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
