Our Client, TG Property Management, is hiring a Business Development Manager to launch and grow a new market for TG Property Management in Dallas, Texas. You’ll receive industry-leading business development training, direct support, and a clear path to a six-figure plus income - but this is not a role with pre-existing leads. You will be responsible for creating opportunities, building relationships, and establishing TG Property Management as a recognized and trusted brand in Dallas.
You must currently hold an active Texas Real Estate License for this position.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants full ownership over their pipeline and results.
About Our Client, TG Property ManagementFor over a decade, TG Property Management has provided property management services in Northeast Florida and is now expanding to Dallas, Texas. Their professional services are designed to help rental property owners maximize ROI while minimizing stress. They specialize in managing single-family homes, apartment buildings, commercial properties, and multi-family properties.
AboutThe Role
This is a ground-floor expansion role. There will be minimal company-generated leads provided initially. Your success will come from proactively building relationships, developing referral partnerships, and generating new business through consistent outreach and market presence.
You will be responsible for:
- Building a pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Establishing relationships with real estate agents, investors, lenders, and other referral sources
- Representing TG Property Management at networking events, meetups, and industry functions
- Creating awareness and credibility for TG Property Management in a new market
- Running in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients
- Presenting and closing new property management agreements
- Using our CRM daily to track outreach, follow-up, and pipeline progress
- Participating in structured business development training and implementing proven strategies
- Produce self-facing video and social media content regularly to establish market presence and attract new clients.
This is a highly autonomous role with clear expectations and accountability. You will have full ownership over building and growing your market.
What Success Looks LikeSuccessful Business Development Managers in this role:
- Consistently build and maintain relationships with referral partners
- Generate their own opportunities through proactive outreach
- Become known and recognized within their local real estate community
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
- Close new management agreements consistently over time
This role is best suited for someone who:
- Has an active Texas Real Estate License
- Has proven success in business development, outside sales, or relationship-driven sales
- Is comfortable generating business without relying on inbound leads
- Is highly self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent
- Takes ownership and thrives with autonomy
- Is coachable and willing to follow a structured process
- Is comfortable attending networking events and building relationships in person
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is comfortable using CRM systems to manage activity and pipeline
- Has reliable transportation and is willing to be active in the local market

This is a full-time remote role with a strong in-person component. You will work from home for administrative tasks, but the core of this position is being out in the Dallas community most days - at brokerages, networking events, meetups, and in-person meetings.

CompensationSalary: $70-000 - $80,000 base (based on experience)
Commission:
Uncapped Commission
Average Performers: $100,000 to $120,000
