This is a full-time, remote, commission based role for a Salesperson at Compunetic Technologies. The Salesperson will identify potential clients, generate leads, and develop relationships to drive new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, presenting IT solutions tailored to client needs, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth by offering exceptional customer service and technology expertise.

• Proven sales experience, client relationship management, and strong negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of IT services such as server management, cybersecurity, and VoIP solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to various audiences
• Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
