This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in Corpus Christi, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales for BGM Protection Group’s products and services. In this role, you will conduct market research, develop sales strategies, manage client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and company goals will also be a key aspect of the job.

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Building
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service
• Understanding of Strategic Planning and Market Research
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous sales experience in the security or service industry is a plus
