This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, based in Yuba City, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads, providing tailored energy solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include engaging and building relationships with customers, presenting product offerings, and executing sales strategies to drive results. Additionally, the role entails maintaining customer satisfaction, following up on leads, and tracking sales activities.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and achieving sales targets
• Ability to understand technical concepts related to solar and battery storage solutions
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in sales, renewable energy, or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with data tracking and reporting
• Commitment to sustainability and a passion for renewable energy
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license for travel as needed
