This is a full-time remote role for a Claims Consultant at Central Minnesota Renovations LLC. The job location is in Lakeville, MN, with flexibility to work from home part time. The Claims Consultant will be responsible for seeking potential customers, conducting client consultations to understand their restoration needs, preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and negotiating and closing sales.

The role also involves coordinating with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

i.e. You will go door to door to the houses we have identifiend for you offering our solution. Door to door experience required.

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the construction or restoration industry is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus
