Inside Sales Representative; Remote

• Salary up to $32.50 per hour

• Manage the patient onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
• Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken
• Utilize product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide competitive comparisons
• Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure patient leads progress
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations

• Associate degree
• 0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of the managed care industry
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
