About the role

CSG Talent are partnered with a rapidly growing high precision contract manufacturer on an Account Manager opening for their Automotive & EV Business Unit. As the Account Manager - EV Components & Automotive, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and defending key customer accounts across automotive and electric vehicle platforms. You will serve as the primary commercial interface for assigned OEM and Tier 1 customers, driving revenue growth through account expansion, new program capture within existing customers, and long-term partnership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of assigned automotive and EV OEM / Tier 1 customer accounts.
  • Grow revenue through new program awards, platform extensions, and increased content per vehicle.
  • Execute full commercial lifecycle activities including opportunity qualification, RFQ coordination, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a healthy account-level opportunity pipeline aligned to annual revenue and margin objectives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management, sales, or commercial experience in automotive, EV, or precision manufacturing.
  • Experience selling as a contract manufacturer or component supplier to OEMs or Tier 1 customers.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a technically driven manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
