Position: Regional Sales Manager (LEPCO Region) - Exmark

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned territory
  • Maintain strong business relationships with distributors and dealers
  • Collaborate with distributor management to develop effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct product and sales training meetings for distributor personnel
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry functions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mapping software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the manufacturing or landscape equipment industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in sales and marketing within a similar market
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Previous experience participating in trade shows or industry events
