- Train and educate internal teams and external customers on CRM products and solutions
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in physician and clinical education
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic training aligned with business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to reinforce the value of Medtronic's technical competency
- Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in the Cardiac Rhythm or Implantable Medical Device Industry
- Advanced Degree in engineering or nursing is acceptable
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships across organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
- Degree in biomedical engineering or nursing
- Experience teaching and educating medical personnel
- Thorough working knowledge of cardiac medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and other business applications (e.g., )
- Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic, or cardiology experience
