Role DescriptionThis part-time hybrid role, based in Cedar Hills, UT, allows for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on executing effective lead generation tactics, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives. Responsibilities include nurturing leads, providing exceptional customer service, conducting product presentations, and maintaining accurate sales records to support the company's growth in the luxury lighting sector.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional support to clients.
- Sales expertise, including experience with meeting targets and closing deals effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in luxury goods or lighting industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
The Inside Sales Executive – Designer Segment is responsible for developing, supporting, and growing relationships with interior designers, designer agencies, and design-focused showrooms. This role serves as a key point of contact for the design community, providing product expertise, design support, and proactive sales engagement to drive specification, quoting, and order conversion across our decorative and architectural lighting collections.
This position blends consultative sales, design knowledge, and high-touch customer service, supporting both independent sales representatives and direct designer accounts.
Key Responsibilities Designer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, designer agencies, and design firms
- Serve as a trusted lighting resource for design professionals throughout the specification and purchasing process
- Proactively follow up on quotes, samples, and specifications to drive conversion to orders
- Support long-term designer engagement and repeat business through consistent outreach
- Prepare and manage detailed quotes, project pricing, and submittals for designer-driven projects
- Assist designers with product selection, finishes, customization options, lead times, and technical details
- Track projects from initial inquiry through order placement and fulfillment
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with project aesthetics and scope
- Partner with independent sales representatives to support designer and showroom accounts
- Coordinate with showrooms on pricing, availability, displays, and sample needs
- Communicate project updates, order status, and changes clearly and professionally
- Develop strong knowledge of lighting trends, finishes, applications, and design aesthetics
- Understand how lighting integrates into residential and commercial design projects
