We’re Mason — an AI recruitment platform that turns applicants into interview-ready candidate packets (5-min AI interviews + 60s intro video + transcript + scorecard). We’re hiring a hungry Growth Specialist to sell our solution to HR leaders and recruitment agencies across South Africa.
What you’ll do- Prospect, outreach and book demos with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leads and agency owners.
- Run persuasive product demos tailored to hiring decision‑makers.
- Close pilot programs and convert pilots into recurring subscription customers.
- Hit weekly outbound activity targets (calls, emails, demos) and monthly MRR targets.
- Own the relationship through onboarding handover and ensure time-to-first‑value.
- Feed market intelligence back into the product and pricing.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience — proven experience in outbound B2B sales (SaaS or recruitment tech ideal).
- Comfortable selling to HR decision makers; you know how to find and influence hiring managers.
- Strong communicator — concise, confident written & verbal skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset: you diagnose buyer needs and propose practical, measurable solutions.
- Self‑starter: ready to begin immediately and operate independently.
- Must complete a compulsory online training program (details provided; training is required before live selling).
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Hub Spot/Pipedrive), Linked In Sales Navigator and calendar/scheduling tools.
- Competitive base salary + recurring commission on every client you sign (earn while the client pays).
