Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Spring, TX, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes developing effective sales strategies and representing the company professionally to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
- Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently
- Basic understanding of garage door products and services (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools (preferred)
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus
