• Meet or exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers to support product distribution
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with distributor management
• Facilitate product and sales training for distributor personnel
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to travel frequently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and mapping software
• Must reside within the assigned territory

• Experience in the landscape equipment industry
• Proven track record of building long-term business relationships
• Ability to demonstrate equipment effectively
• Familiarity with sales and marketing programs in a similar field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
