Seeking a driven, strategic, and highly motivated Sales Executive to lead the U.S.?

Mexico freight sales operations. In this role, you will expand our customer base, strengthen relationships with key shippers, and drive revenue growth across dedicated and cross-border transportation solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build a strong sales pipeline, including heavy cold calling
  • Identify and engage key decision makers to create new sales opportunities
  • Prospect via phone, internet research, field visits, referrals, trade shows, and networking
  • Partner with operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure load fulfillment and margin targets
  • Conduct discovery calls and email outreach with prospective customers
  • Track key sales and performance metrics (miles, RPM, revenue per truck, etc.)
  • Lead face-to-face meetings, present proposals, and close new business
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through continuous engagement
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers
  • Convert opportunities into revenue through strong selling strategies
  • Manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail
  • Collaborate on pricing strategy, account growth, and new customer onboarding
  • Support planning, forecasting, and pipeline development with management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 4+ years of transportation or logistics sales experience (asset-based carrier preferred)
  • Strong understanding of U.S.?

    Mexico cross-border freight operations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Highly self-motivated, driven, and comfortable in a phone-focused, outbound sales environment

Salary Range: 90K-110K
Bonus opportunity of 1% for Business Growth and 5% Retaining Business
